       My name is Heather and I am in my junior year of college as a Telecommunications major.  I have a minor in Bible and I am thinking about adding a Political Science minor as well.  I love all aspects of television production, especially news.  I hope to someday work as a producer for a local news station.  I also enjoy screenwriting and filmmaking.  Some of my favorite technological advancements in communication include video websites and interactive TV.

       Technology is progressing faster than ever before.  It used to take decades before a new form of technology would be fully adopted into our culture.  Now in only a few short years, a new device can become like second nature.  Many of these technologies are here to stay, so it’s important that we become familiar with them and learn how they can shape the way we interact with others.  This blog is devoted to exploring innovations and new technologies so that anyone who’s interested can keep up with rapid technological expansion and effectively communicate through these important developments .  We also might even have a little fun in the process!
